Pursuant to the provisions of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, this portal is intended to increase and strengthen transparency, to regulate and guarantee the right to access information concerning the activity of the Foundation and to set out the obligations of good governance.

This platform will facilitate access to the institutional information, the information concerning the organisation and planning of the Universitat Jaume I–Business Foundation and its financial content.
